General Terms and Conditions – Our Shopping Center
1. Contracting parties and scope
The purchase contract is concluded between Our Shopping Centre and you as a customer. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. We do not recognise deviating conditions of the customer, unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
2. Order process and conclusion of contract
By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected items. After successful payment, the order contract is considered concluded and we will start providing services to you. We ship within 24-hours until you sign it, which is considered a complete service.
3. Prices and terms of payment
Since we sell worldwide, product prices are quoted in Euros and US Dollars based on users of different countries and include statutory VAT. Free shipping for global orders is clearly indicated in the ordering process. Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung or on account if offered.
4. Delivery and shipping
We deliver the goods to the delivery address specified by you. The delivery time is usually 2–5 working days, if the items are available. If an item is not available, we will inform you immediately and offer you an alternative if necessary.
5. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving reasons. Please note our separate information on the right of withdrawal in our return policy.
6. Warranty and warranty
We are liable for defects in accordance with the statutory provisions. If an item is defective or does not correspond to the description, you have the right to repair, replace or refund. Additional warranty claims are based on the manufacturer's conditions.
7. Data protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary for the execution of the contract.
8. Final provisions
Should one or more provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
