1. Standard shipping
We are a worldwide sales website and offer free shipping worldwide. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 4-6 business days depending on your location. If an item is not immediately available, we will inform you immediately and give you an updated delivery time.
2. Tracking of consignments
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. This allows you to check the status of your delivery at any time.
3. Delivery to packing stations
We are also happy to deliver your order to a DHL packing station. Please enter the packing station number and your postal number in the order process.
4. Delays in dispatch
In rare cases, shipping delays may occur due to force majeure, holidays or unforeseen events. We will do our best to minimize such delays and inform you in good time.
5. Notification and acceptance
Please make sure that the delivery address is correct and complete. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification card with further information on collection or new delivery.

Return and Refund – Easy and Customer Friendly!
At Our Shopping Center, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you still want to return or exchange an item, we will make the process as simple and transparent as possible. Our right of return applies to all products in our range, including clothing.
Here’s how it works:
1.Prepare return: Please pack the item carefully in its original packaging together with the enclosed delivery note. If you no longer have the delivery note, please contact our customer service – we will be happy to help you.
2.Initiate return: Register your return within 30 days of receiving the goods via our online return form and you will immediately receive a return label that you can simply print out and enclose with the package.
3.Ship Package: Take the package to a post office or other shipping service of your choice. We will cover the costs for the return if the item is defect-free.
4.Refund or exchange: Once we have received the package and checked the item, we will immediately initiate the refund to your original means of payment or send you the desired replacement item.
Important information:
● Items must be returned in unused and original condition, including all labels and packaging.
● In case of defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
● The refund is usually made within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
